Life Drawing:

Those who wish to expand on their knowledge, drawing and observation of the human form are invited to these one and half-hour sessions.

Open to all you must bring your own paper and drawing material. NO previous art experience required but a professional and respectful attitude to the process is expected.

Breath Water Sound Workshop

This course teaches simple yet powerful breathing and sound relaxation techniques. These eliminate physical, mental, and emotional stress, enabling individuals to solve problems and take responsibility in situations around them. The main reason people do not commit themselves to uplifting their community is because they feel a lot of pressure in their daily lives. By eliminating stress and building confidence through BWS workshops, individuals are uplifted and the entire community is enriched. The Programme also includes games and sessions on Diet, Healthy Living and discussing constructive solutions to facing the community.

Everyone wants more happiness, love and peace of mind. What keeps us from experiencing these qualities in our lives is stress. Often we are not aware of the degree to witch stress cloud our natural enthusiasm, saps our energy, interferes with our relationships and affects our health.

The Art of Living course releases layers of stress without effort. Removing blocks to the increased energy and joy that is our birthright.

The course integrates modern methods and ancient knowledge to bring you in touch with the core of your being

One discovers the hidden laws that govern the mind as well as learns skills for dealing effectively with negative emotions. In addtio0n one can enjoy practicing yoga, meditation and rhythms of the breath combined in new ways to nourish all levels of the body mind and spirit.

Massage Workshops


Learn the ancient art of Chinese Foot Massage in a special intensive one-day workshop, drink green tea and bring a friend. Learn How to give a professional style Chinese foot massage.

The massage works with all the major reflexology points which link up to the major organs and meridians in the body. By massaging the feet one can release stress in any part of the body in an effective and un-intrusive way.

Participants learn how to do a 45 min foot massage, and get notes to take home.

Workshop fee R300 per person

Introduction to Sri Sri Yoga Workshop

A 6hr experiential workshop spread over three days. The workshop introduces the practice of yoga, meditation and pranyayamas (breathing exercises) in a relaxed and enjoyable manner. One learns how to bring Health, clarity, and peace of mind, balance, focus, awareness and joy to life. Participants get notes to take home and learn a basic routine they can practice at home and expand on.
